Aluminum for Your Signage Needs
Sign Solutions USA is a 3M Certified sign manufacturer. We offer a wide variety of aluminum sizes and gauges for your next project. We carry flat sheet aluminum, extruded “dogbone” aluminum, and extruded panel sign aluminum.
Our sheets are made in the USA from 5052-H38 aluminum and are chromate conversion coated. Mill certifications are available upon request.

Aluminum Sheets & Blanks
We offer both pre-cut aluminum blanks and aluminum sheets in standard traffic shapes and custom shapes.
We carry the following thicknesses of flat sheeting aluminum:
- .040”
- .063”
- .080”
- .100”
- .125”
Additionally, we have a variety of punch options available from standard to custom. Sign Solutions USA has the capability to punch round, square, and slotted holes.
Extruded Aluminum
We offer both extruded “dogbone” aluminum and extruded panels. Extruded “dogbone” can be used for both barricade boards and street name signs, while extruded panels are commonly used in manufacturing large extruded panel signs.
We carry the following sizes:
- Extruded “dogbone” aluminum – 6” & 9”
- Extruded panels – 6” & 12”
Our extruded panels can be ordered with or without slots punched. Extruded panels can also be with or without reflective sheeting applied and wrapped around the edges.
